a little update on me
greetings tumblr pals its been awhile since i’ve posted anything so here’s a little update i guess.
i’m pretty much done with school as in i’m “graduating”. i use that term loosely because in the scope of school related things getting an associates degree after being in school for far too long is kinda unsatisfactory. most of it was me being lazy and other times it was classes i needed being cancelled or taking other opportunities as they came (like working).
i told my parents and i know they’re really excited for me because to them school has always been way more important than me working. hell i know i’ve milked it for a long time but if i was pursuing more school and not working i’m sure they’d support me still. that’s not a good mindset to have but that definitely would have been the case.
besides being done with school for now..i’ve been working at my previous employer for a few months now and i’m very much enjoying it. although i’m sort of a zombie throughout the day i enjoy traveling to the schools around the district and never being stuck in one role for the whole day. i wouldn’t say its invigorating but its a nice change of pace. also it gives me more opportunities to scope out food places even though my coworkers love any and all taco shops.
so yeah work has been keeping me busy and will be for the foreseeable future..i graduate in may and then SUMMER..hopefully i’m still working by then but would not mind a summer off free from work and school.
